About Us
Westlake Periodontics
Dr. Sazima and his team at Westlake Periodontics offers a range of approaches to your periodontal care and will personally interact with you to come up with the best treatment options for your dental concerns. We are committed to providing oral surgery, extractions, bone grafting, affordable dental implants and excellent follow-up care that improves general pain or resolves problems in your mouth completely. We will personally follow up to make sure that general pain is relieved, problems are resolved, and dental health improves. Dr. Sazima also works with insurance companies so that patients can receive their benefits whether they have private or public coverage; he facilitates financing if there is need for it as well!
Same Day Dental:
Throughout his career, Dr. Sazima has placed more than 10,000 dental implants in soft and/or minimal bone and many of them were on patients requiring a sinus lift. He also does snap-in dentures as well as single and multiple implants that he guarantees for life, and will replace them costing nothing at all! We cannot always guarantee a service on the day of your appointment. Additional services do not apply.
State Of The Art Surgical Technology:
Among our many tools, Dr. Sazima also uses Powertome which allows for tooth extraction that is extremely precise with little to no associated bone loss when using this tool! The piezosurgery technique also makes our work time efficient by cutting around tissue without damage, while maximizing patient comfort levels.

Modern Use Technology
We use traditional instruments, as well as powertome to extract teeth with little or no bone loss. We are one of the few providers in Northeastern Ohio using Piezosurgery, which is an ultrasound technique for cutting bone without damaging surrounding tissue.
Implantology
Implantology is a specific type of dentistry that deals with the placement of artificial teeth in your jaw. It expands the tooth socket for implant placement while minimizing or eliminating alveolar bone loss, which is what makes it so quick and precise. Piezosurgery
The Piezosurgery device allows doctors to make very accurate cuts into bones without damaging surrounding soft tissue, leading to better results and less discomfort on the patient! But that’s not all: it works quickly because its small hand piece can access your mouth easily (without much vibration or noise), making you feel more at ease from start to finish!
