Insurance and Billing

Here at Westlake Periodontics, we accept most traditional forms of insurance. You may contact our office to verify acceptance for your plan and ask about our flexible payment plans if needed. We accept checks, cash or credit cards; please contact our office if you have any questions at all.

Accepted insurance plans include Delta Dental, Guardian, Anthem BC/BS, GEHA, and United Health and Medical. We also work with any other insurance programs as an out of network provider.

Financing

We’ve made financing options easier for our patients through Care Credit. It is an option we offer that allows a person to pay off what they owe over time with monthly installments, rather than right away using one full payment. Appling for Care Credit is easy and you can receive an answer instantaneously.
