Our Staff
Meet Dr. Scott Sazima
DDS
Having started his dental practice in Westlake in 2001, Dr. Scott Sazima of Cleveland, Ohio, is a third generation dentist who has been practicing in the area for many years. He attended Bucknell University and Case Western Reserve University to study dentistry before completing residencies at St. Luke’s Hospital and Boston University respectively, with studies in hospital dentistry as well as periodontics (specializing in gums). He also taught dental students from both Boston and New Jersey universities over his career span.
For Over 35 Years
Since 1986, Dr. Sazima has placed more than 10,000 dental implants, with success in people with soft and minimal bone as well as a low sinus. He guarantees his life-long implant service for these conditions and will replace them at no cost to the patient. Additional services do not apply.

Ann
Dental Assistant
Ann has been a certified dental assistant for 14 years primarily in oral surgery.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, family vacations to the Caribbean are her favorite. She also enjoys going to concerts with her sister.
Valerie
Title Insurance/Patient Coordinator
Val has worked in dental offices for 12 years. A smiling face that is happy to assist you with your scheduling, insurance, or billing needs.
Outside of the office, Val is spending time with her family and her new grandchild. She is from PA and frequently visits her family and other grandchildren whenever she can.
Jolanta
Hygienist
Working as a dental hygienist since 2001, Jolanta graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene Program at the Cuyahoga Community College. She has been at Dr. Sazima’s side since 2018.
She enjoys working periodontal patients to help them achieve excellent oral health. Jolanta loves traveling, reading and exercising.
